My lower back has been aching for the past few days and my period is due soon, so im wondering. Usually i get back pain before periods too so im confused if this is different. did any of u have back pain as an early sign?

Yaar back pain actually can mean so many things, not just pregnancy. For me it was there early but so was nausea. Dont go by one symptom na, just test and confirm.
