Im only around 6 weeks and my lower back has been aching off and on. I always thought back pain comes later when the belly grows, so this got me a bit confused. Is this normal so soon?
Mine improved a lot with gentle stretches and short walks, but I only started after my doctor said it was okay. Light movement really helped my back. Avoid heavy lifting na.
I panicked thinking something was wrong, but turned out early back ache is super common. My doctor wasnt worried at all. Just keep an eye and rest, you'll be fine.
Quite common in early pregnancy. A warm compress, good posture and not standing too long helps. But if the pain is severe, one sided or comes with bleeding, then call your gynac, dont ignore that.
Yes! I felt mild lower back ache very early, before I even confirmed. It's the hormones and ligaments shifting apparently. It surprised me but it was totally normal in my case.
Haan it happens to many of us early only. Take rest, sit with support behind your back, dont carry heavy things. If it gets too much then show doctor okay.
