Bit nervous asking this. I always thought periods fully stop once you conceive but i keep reading about spotting and bleeding. Im in my 5th week and just want to understand whats normal and whats not.
Normally u dont get periods during pregnancy, the bleeding stops once u conceive. A little spotting can happen sometimes, like at implantation. But proper bleeding is not normal, so call ur gynac if u see it.
I had a tiny bit of spotting very early and panicked thinking it was a period. Doc said it was implantation spotting in my case. Are u seeing light spotting or actual flow? That makes a difference na.
If u mean period bleeding, that usually stops during pregnancy, my gynac explained. Some women get light spotting which is different from a period. But any actual bleeding should be reported to ur doctor to be safe.
