Past few days i feel warmer than usual, like my body is just hotter even when others feel normal. Im around 7 weeks. Is this a pregnancy thing or should i be concerned about a fever?

My doctor explained that body temperature does run slightly higher during pregnancy due to hormonal changes and more blood circulation. Its a mild rise, not fever. So if you ever cross into actual fever territory, thats worth a call to the doctor.
Yes it is quite normal to feel warmer, your body is working harder for the baby. Stay hydrated and wear light cotton, it helps a lot. But for a real fever always check with your doctor, dont brush it off.
Yes, your basal body temp stays a bit higher in early pregnancy and you generally feel warmer because of the hormones and increased blood flow. I felt like a heater both my pregnancies. But a high fever is different, that you should report to your gynac.
