Does breast tenderness fluctuate in early pregnancy?

Some days my breasts are super sore and then suddenly the soreness goes away for a day or two. Im around 6 weeks and this on-off thing is making me worried. is this up and down normal for anyone else?

Totally normal for it to come and go. Hormones fluctuate a lot in early weeks so the soreness isnt constant. Nothing to worry about, just wear a comfy bra and it eases as weeks go.

I noticed mine was painful one week and barely there the next and I got worried. Glad to hear it fluctuates for others too. Did the tenderness settle for you all by second trimester na?

Mine came and went too, totally normal yaar. Hormones, that's all.

Yes! I felt sore some days and then almost normal on others, it confused me so much. My doctor said the tenderness coming and going is totally normal with the hormone shifts. It was actually one of my first signs.
