Does cbc test detect pregnancy?

I did CBC for weakness and now my period is late, so I was wondering if pregnancy can show in that report. I don't have a test kit right now. Does CBC show anything related?

Different tests na. CBC sees your blood levels, pregnancy is detected by hCG hormone. So a CBC report cant confirm it, you need the right test for that.

CBC wont tell you that. For pregnancy ask for beta hCG blood test, thats the proper one. Or even the home urine kit works after a missed period.

Haan CBC alag hota hai na, wo bas khoon ki count dekhta hai. Pregnancy ke liye beta hCG karwao ya phir ghar pe kit use karlo missed period ke baad.

No, CBC is just a blood count test, it checks hemoglobin, WBC, platelets etc. For pregnancy you need a beta hCG blood test or a urine test. My doctor explained this when i was confused with all the reports.
