Been trying since last 6 months and my friend keeps telling me to add chia seeds in everything haha. I started soaking them in water in morning but not sure if its actually doing anything. Anyone here who conceived and felt these helped?
Chia is a healthy food, has omega and fiber, so it fits well in a TTC diet. But I wouldnt call it a fertility booster on its own. With my PCOS what helped more was overall diet plus my doctor's plan.
Chia is good as part of a balanced diet but there's no strong proof it directly helps conception. If you're trying for a while, better to get a basic checkup done with a gynac than rely on superfoods.
I used to add chia in my smoothie even before conceiving, mostly for energy and digestion. Healthy body overall matters more than one seed honestly. Pair it with some walking if your doc is ok with it.
Same question I had while planning! From what I read it's just a nutritious add on, not magic. I just include it in oats but I'm not expecting it to do all the work.
