Does citric acid affects in treatment for.child.conceive?
We're trying to conceive and I've heard some things about citric acid. Does it have any effect or play a role when trying to get pregnant? I'm wondering if it impacts fertility somehow.
Hamare yahan toh khatta khane ko mana karte hain upchar ke waqt, par dadi bolti hain thoda nimbu chalta hai. Aap apne doctor se pooch kar hi dhyan rakhna.
Citric acid in natural foods is perfectly fine and actually helps iron absorption. Don't waste time worrying about every small ingredient unless your fertility specialist gave specific instructions.
My health tracker says vitamin C and natural antioxidants in citrus are great for fertility. Just avoid chemical preservatives with excess citric acid.
Arre don't stress too much! Normal citric acid in fruits like lemon and oranges is totally fine and healthy. Unless your doctor told you to avoid it, enjoy your nimbu paani!
During my preconception days, I had citrus fruits normally and it didn't cause any issues. Just eat a balanced diet and consult your doctor if you are taking any specific supplements.
Honestly, I ate lemons and oranges almost daily when trying to conceive because vitamin C is actually good. It shouldn't affect your treatment, but check with your doctor once.
