We might be travelling to a hill station next month and im in my second trimester. The cold up there is no joke. Just wondering if i should be extra careful or if it doesnt really matter.
Cold weather itself doesnt harm the baby, beta, the little one is warm and safe inside. Just keep yourself warm, layer up and avoid catching a chill or slipping on icy floors. Drink warm fluids and you will be fine.
I spent my winter pregnancy at my parents place and my mom kept me bundled up with warm food and rest. The cold doesnt affect baby, but staying cosy and not falling sick matters. Felt so cared for honestly.
