Does constipation is a sign of pregnancy?

Feeling really bloated and constipated past few days and my period is slightly late. Cant stop wondering if its connected. Anyone else had this as one of their first signs?

Yes constipation can happen early because of hormones slowing digestion. But it alone is not a confirm sign, lots of things cause it. Best take a test after missed period.

Haan actually I had bad constipation in my early weeks yaar. More water and fruits helped me a lot, dont rely on it as a pregnancy sign though.

Could be a sign, could just be your tummy acting up. Dont stress too much over one symptom, just test once your period is late and you'll know.
