Does consuming folic acid auppliments help to conceive again?
Had a miscarriage few months back and now we want to try again. Someone said start folic acid before conceiving. Does it actually help in getting pregnant or is it more for the baby later? Pls guide.
After my complications, I became very cautious with everything. Folic acid is super important, especially before and during pregnancy for neural tube development. But for specific doses and if it helps with conceiving again, please ask your gynac. They can guide you based on your history.
Folic acid? Haha, by my third trimester, I just want supplements for energy, sleep, and maybe a little chocolate! But seriously, yes, it's very important. I remember taking it even before conceiving. My doc had prescribed it for good measure, I guess it helps with everything generally.
Conceive again? Wow, you're brave! I'm still trying to conceive a full night's sleep! But on a serious note, yes, folic acid is key. I took it for months before and during my pregnancy. It's a must for baby's healthy development, my doc said.
Oh, my MIL always stressed about nutrition before even thinking about conceiving again. Folic acid is definitely part of that, I know. Our elders always say eat well and rest, but for proper supplements, I'd say ask your doc only. They will give proper advice.
This is exactly what I'm looking into right now! I've read a lot that folic acid is super important for both conception and early baby development. I'm taking it already as part of my prenatal vitamins. I think it's a good step for planning pregnancy.
Folic acid for conception, interesting! I was just focused on eating all the yummy things I could. Honestly, I think healthy eating and balance is key. But for supplements, definitely check with your doc, they know best for all this!
