Couple of people at my office got covid and now im a little tense being pregnant. Im in my second trimester. Does it cause any problem for the baby if I catch it?
I had mild Covid during my third trimester and was so worried. But my doctor guided me well, and my baby was born perfectly healthy and is now thriving on breastmilk.
With my heavy belly, wearing a mask makes me pant like a runner, haha! But jokes apart, just stay safe and let your doc know if you catch even a mild cold.
Oh god, I was a nervous wreck thinking about Covid affecting the baby! Actually, my doctor reassured me that while we need to be careful, most mild cases are managed safely with rest, but do call your doc if you suspect it.
Going through IVF made me hyper-vigilant about infections like Covid. Please be cautious, wear masks, and consult your specialist immediately if you experience any fever or cough.
