Honestly the last few weeks have been emotionally hard for me and i end up crying quite a bit. Now i feel guilty thinking it might be reaching the baby somehow. Does my crying actually affect the little one? im 5 months.
I totally understand, pregnancy hormones make us cry over everything. A normal cry here and there does not harm your baby at all, please don't add guilt on top. Be kind to yourself, you're doing great.
Beta a few tears won't do anything to the baby, don't worry. Baby is safe and cushioned. Just try to stay around things that calm you, and lean on family when you feel heavy. It's okay to cry.
I felt the same worry, I cried so much in my first trimester over silly things. My baby came out perfectly fine. Hormones are wild, don't beat yourself up about a few tears.
Normal crying is fine, baby is well protected. But if you're crying daily and feeling very low or hopeless, please don't ignore it, talk to your doctor. Maternal mental health matters and there's no shame in asking for help.
First, what you're feeling is valid, crying sometimes is so normal in pregnancy. Occasional tears won't hurt baby. It's only constant stress or depression over long time that needs support, so if you're feeling low a lot, please talk to someone.
Crying once in a while is human, it won't affect your little one. I'd just say try to surround yourself with calm and positivity, some prayer or music helped me relax. Take care of your heart too, not just the body.
