My lips have been super dry since a week, even though im drinking water normally. Period is due in few days and im symptom spotting honestly. Is dry lips actually a thing or am i overthinking?
Honestly I read into every tiny thing when I was hoping to conceive, even dry lips. But it turned out to be just less water intake. Dont drive urself mad like I did, just test properly.
Dry lips alone arent really a pregnancy sign, its usually just dehydration. Drink more water and use a balm. If u suspect pregnancy, go by missed period and a test, not lips.
