Im barely 6 weeks and my lower kamar already hurts, didnt expect this so soon. Thought back pain comes later when belly grows. Is this normal in the beginning itself?
It's very common as your ligaments start loosening up. Just make sure you don't bend abruptly or lift heavy weights. If it gets too severe, let your doctor know.
I've been tracking my symptoms while planning, and I keep hearing that back pain is a very common early sign. Did you also get a positive test recently?
I just had my baby and yes, back pain started very early for me because of hormone changes. Gentle hot water bag compress and sitting with back support really helped.
With my PCOS, I was always extra careful with every small symptom. Mild back pain is normal due to hormonal shifts, but always share it with your gynac just to be on the safe side.
