Im 6 months and people keep saying thoda walk and exercise karo, normal delivery me help hota hai. Is that actually true or just talk? would love to know what you all did and if it made any difference.
It definitely helps, but don't start lifting heavy weights like Baahubali! Simple walks and butterfly stretches are more than enough to open up those hips.
No need to join expensive prenatal gym classes. Just doing your basic house chores and walking in your colony park for 30 minutes daily is more than enough.
