By itself it doesnt lead to pregnancy. The only concern would be if fresh semen was directly involved. If you have doubts or worry, a quick chat with a doctor will clear it properly.
Normally no, it doesnt cause pregnancy on its own. Pregnancy needs sperm to enter the vagina. If there was semen on the hand it's a different matter, but otherwise dont worry. Ask a gynac if you're really unsure.
