Im around 18 weeks and lately my lower back hurts a lot, but it kind of comes with bloating and gas trouble. Trying to understand if the two are connected or its something else. Anyone experienced this?
Gas can cause back discomfort, true. But please dont assume all back pain is just gas. If it is severe, comes with cramps, bleeding or doesnt ease, call ur doctor. I learnt to not ignore strong pains.
Yaar gas during pregnancy can actually radiate to the back, it is so annoying. For me jeera water and walking after meals helped a lot. But if the back pain is sharp or constant, better check with gynac na.
Yes trapped gas can cause that dull achy back feeling, happened to me both times. Once the gas passed the pain eased. Smaller meals, warm water and a little walk usually sort it out.
