These days i randomly feel my heart beating fast even when im just resting and it makes me a little nervous. Im only 7 weeks. Is this a normal early pregnancy thing or no? did anyone else feel this.
Mild increase is normal but I'll be honest, mine was racing and turned out to be low iron, so dont brush it off. If it's frequent, with breathlessness or you feel faint, please see your gynac and get bloods checked.
It's normal, your body is doing extra work now. A slightly faster pulse happens to most of us. Stay hydrated and dont skip meals, low sugar makes it worse. Anything extreme though, get it checked, dont ignore.

Yes it does. My doctor explained blood volume goes up in pregnancy so the heart works a bit harder, heartbeat can rise even early. A mild increase is normal. But if you feel strong palpitations, breathlessness or dizziness, she said report it immediately.
