Doctor suggested an HSG test for us since we are trying since long. Im a little nervous na, will it affect chances of pregnancy after or is it safe? if anyone has gone through it pls share how it was.
Haha, fertility treatments and tests are a whole journey, aren't they? I remember my HSG test. From what my doctor explained, it basically checks the plumbing! It's done *before* you get pregnant, so it shouldn't affect the actual pregnancy itself once the baby is already on board. In fact, some say it can even help with conception later!
Uff, all these tests and acronyms are enough to make a pregnant brain explode! HSG test is usually a diagnostic one to check your tubes before pregnancy, so it's not something that would affect an ongoing pregnancy. If you're pregnant *after* an HSG, it usually means it helped, or at least didn't hurt. But definitely tell your current gynac all your past tests!
Oh, HSG test! I just had mine a few months before I conceived. My doctor said it actually sometimes *increases* your chances of pregnancy because it clears out any minor blockages. It shouldn't negatively affect your pregnancy once you're already pregnant. Just make sure to tell your gynac you had it.
Sweetheart, an HSG test is usually done to check if your fallopian tubes are clear, and sometimes it can even flush out minor blockages, improving chances of conception. Once you are pregnant, the test itself does not affect the ongoing pregnancy. But always discuss your entire medical history with your gynac, okay?
Ho na, jab fertility tests hote hain, tab har cheez ke baare mein tension hoti hai. HSG test toh tube blockages ke liye hota hai. Generally, it helps in conception, so it shouldn't affect a healthy pregnancy negatively. Par ek baar apne fertility doc se confirm karna best hai, haan na?
