Does implantation bleeding occur in every pregnancy?
I'm trying to figure out if what I experienced was implantation bleeding. Does every pregnant woman experience this, or is it possible to be pregnant without it?
With my PCOS, my cycles were so irregular that I didn't even notice any spotting, and my doctor said it’s completely normal not to have it. Don't worry if you don't experience it.
Don't worry at all, sister. Most women don't get any implantation bleeding. I didn't have it either and my pregnancy went perfectly fine. Just stay positive!
No, it definitely doesn't happen to everyone. I had no bleeding at all with my pregnancy. Keep your diet healthy and balanced, and try not to worry about missing this symptom.
I didn't have any spotting either before my pregnancy was confirmed. Everyone's body reacts differently, just like how everyone's labor and delivery experiences are different. Just wait for your missed period and test.
It only happens in about 30% of pregnancies. If you do see light pink spotting, it's normal, but if it is heavy red bleeding or you have cramps, please contact your doctor immediately.
