Does insufficient vitamin d3 brings difficultly in conceiving?

My recent reports showed very low vit d3 and we have been trying to conceive for almost a year now with no luck. Just wondering if these two could be connected. Did anyone face this and got better after fixing the levels?

During my journey the doctor checked my vitamin D because low levels can affect things, and a lot of us were deficient. They put me on supplements before we even started trying. Please get your level tested, its a simple blood test.

I am in the trying phase and my doctor literally just got my D3 checked for this reason. Mine was low so on supplements now. Maybe ask yours to test it too, seems like a common thing.

My gynac mentioned vitamin D plays a role in hormone balance and conception, so she tests it as part of the pre-pregnancy panel. Low levels are super common in India because of less sun exposure. Worth fixing before trying.

It can play a role from what I heard. Best to test your levels and let the doctor guide the dose.

I had low D3 along with my PCOS and my doctor did link it to fertility being harder. I cant say its the only reason for everyone, but correcting it is easy and good for you anyway. Get it checked and dont self dose.
