Last night there was heavy thunder and lightning and my mom told me to stay away from windows and not use the phone. Now im a bit worried, does it actually affect the baby in any way or is it just an old saying? Pls share.
Haha no, your baby is super safe inside, lightning cant reach there. Just stay indoors so YOU are safe and dry. Make a cup of warm milk and enjoy the rain from the window.
Beta, our elders used to say stay indoors during heavy thunder, mostly for safety and calm, not because it harms baby. Just stay inside and away from windows in a storm. Theres nothing to fear about the baby from it.
