My bp always runs on the lower side and lately i feel chakkar when i stand up fast. Im 10 weeks. Bit worried if this is okay for the baby, anyone else with low bp here?
I had low BP during my second trimester and used to feel so lightheaded. Staying hydrated with coconut water and buttermilk really helped me get through the day. Just listen to your body, rest whenever you feel dizzy, and keep your doctor updated.
Arey beta, thoda nimbu paani me namak aur cheeni daal kar piyo, BP theek ho jayega. Jyada der dhoop me mat khade hona aur aaram kiya karo. Aur doctor didi se bhi pooch lena jab dawai lene jao.
I have heard from my sister that low BP happens a lot in early pregnancy because of body changes. She used to carry small snacks and drink plenty of water. Please take care and consult a doctor if you are planning or already pregnant.
My gynac and the nursing staff at my hospital told me that a slight drop in blood pressure is normal, but they monitored it at every visit. They advised me to increase my fluid intake and eat small, frequent meals. Definitely mention it during your next checkup so they can track it.
Hey, low BP is actually super common in the first two trimesters because our blood vessels expand. Don't stress too much, just keep sipping lemon water with a pinch of salt and don't stand up too quickly. But if you feel very dizzy, call your doctor, okay?
Low BP is manageable but you shouldn't ignore it if you're feeling faint or dizzy. Keep yourself hydrated, eat healthy salty snacks like roasted makhana, and talk to your gynac to ensure it's within a safe range. Don't take any self-medication.
