Does milk comes from breast before pregnancy?

I noticed a little bit of whitish discharge from my nipple and im not even pregnant yet, we just started trying. Got a bit scared honestly. is this something normal or should i get it checked?

I have hormone issues and once had some discharge before any pregnancy, turned out to be a prolactin thing. So if u see milk like discharge without pregnancy, pls get a check up, dont assume.

Normally milk comes in late pregnancy and after delivery, not before. If you see any discharge without being pregnant, better get it checked, sometimes its hormone related.

My doctor explained that actual milk production starts in pregnancy because of hormones. Before pregnancy a little fluid can sometimes come due to hormonal imbalance, but real milk no. If its happening to you, do mention to gynac.
