My period is 10 days late which never happens with me, im usually very regular. We werent really trying so im nervous and confused. Does a missed period always mean pregnant or can it be something else?
My missed period was what made me test and it was positive. But my friend missed hers from stress and wasnt pregnant. So it can mean it but a test is the only way to be sure na.
A missed period is the most common early sign, but it doesnt always mean pregnancy. Stress, thyroid, PCOS and weight changes can all delay periods. Take a home test, and if it's negative but periods stay irregular, see your gynac.
Just be a bit cautious assuming missed period equals pregnancy, especially if you have irregular cycles like me with PCOS. Mine skip all the time without any pregnancy. Test first, and if negative, a gynac visit helps figure out the cause.
