Just got my positive test few days back and my nipples are so sore, even my bra is uncomfortable now. Never had this before my periods so its new for me. Is this an early pregnancy thing or should i be worried?
Mine ached so much I got worried at first. Doc said its just hormones preparing the body. Did it reduce for you all in second trimester? Mine got way better.
Tenderness there is very normal, your body is preparing for feeding already. A soft cotton bra without tight seams helped me a lot. It comes and goes, totally part of the process.
Yes mine were so sore and sensitive in the early weeks, even fabric touching them hurt. I felt it was one of my first clues actually. It eased off after the first trimester thankfully.
