My husband and i have different blood groups and some relative made it sound like a problem. Now im a little tensed about it. Does it really affect the pregnancy or baby? will ask my gynac but wanted to hear here too.
What actually matters is the Rh factor, positive or negative, not just group. My doc said if mom is Rh negative and baby positive, they give an injection to protect. They check this in early blood tests so dont worry.
Different groups between husband and wife is totally normal, that alone is fine. The thing they watch is Rh negative mom. Your gynac handles it with a simple injection if needed.
