Does orinets asparose help in conceiving?

We have been trying since almost a year now and someone in my building told me about this. My gynac hasnt mentioned it so im confused if it actually does anything for conceiving. Has anyone here used it, did it help u?

Honestly I havent used that one, but please dont start any supplement for conceiving without your doctor saying so. A fertility specialist can tell you what actually helps your case. Self starting things rarely helps.

I also saw this name somewhere and got curious na. But I think its best we ask the doctor before taking anything. Dont want to take random things while trying.
