First time really tracking my cycle and i got the ovulation sign on the app this week. My husband thinks that means we are already pregnant but i dont think it works like that? thoda confused, can someone explain.
My app marks ovulation as the fertile peak, thats your highest chance days. But conceiving still depends on whether fertilisation and implantation happen. So ovulation = best timing, not a guarantee.
No no, ovulation just means the egg is released. Pregnancy happens only if sperm meets that egg and it implants. Ovulation is the chance, not the result.
I had the same doubt when we started trying. Ovulation is just your fertile window, the best time to try. Doesnt automatically mean you conceived that month.
I used to think the same actually. Someone here explained ovulation is just when egg comes out, and you only get pregnant if it gets fertilised. Tracking it helps to time things better.
