We are not planning baby right now so im a bit tense. I heard somewhere ki peeing after helps but not sure if its just a myth. Can someone clear this pls?
Practically speaking, no, it doesn't reduce your chances. Peeing is actually highly recommended to avoid UTIs, so definitely don't skip it to save time or try to conceive.
I also read about this while trying. Peeing doesn't wash away the sperm because the urine tract and the vaginal canal are completely different, so don't worry.
Not at all, dear! I just delivered a baby and honestly, peeing right after is just to prevent UTI. The sperm already goes where it needs to very quickly.
Having PCOS made me research a lot. Peeing helps clean the area and prevents infections, but it has zero effect on conception since sperm travels super fast anyway.
