Im about 4 days before my expected period and getting these mild cramps just like before periods. We were trying this month so im confused if its periods coming or could be early pregnancy. Did anyone feel this?

Cramps can mean either period coming or early pregnancy, they overlap a lot. There's no way to tell from the feeling alone. Wait for the missed period and test, that's the only clear answer.
Mild cramps are common, but if they are strong, one sided or come with bleeding, please call your gynac. For the pregnancy question itself, only a test after the missed period confirms it.
I felt exactly like my period was about to start, mild crampy and heavy. It was actually implantation, I found out a few days later with a test. So yes it can be a sign, but it honestly feels just like PMS.
