I have pcos since years and we just found out im pregnant, so happy but also nervous. Worried if it can cause issues now during the pregnancy. Anyone here conceived with pcos and how was it for you?
PCOS was part of my journey too and it took time and some help, but please dont lose hope. Many of us with PCOS become moms, just with a little extra care and the right doctor by your side.
Dont panic reading scary things online. PCOS just means you may need a little more support and check ups, thats all. So many girls with PCOS have lovely healthy babies.
I have PCOS and yes it can make conceiving take longer and needs a bit more monitoring, but it absolutely doesnt mean you cant have a healthy baby. I have my little one now. Stay close to a good gynac.
PCOS can sometimes bring slightly higher chance of sugar or BP issues in pregnancy, so regular follow up matters a lot. Please get proper monitoring with your gynac, it makes a big difference.
I was diagnosed with PCOS before and was so worried, but here I am pregnant now. It can affect things but its very treatable. Are you trying right now?
My doctor explained PCOS can affect ovulation so periods get irregular and conceiving may take longer. With weight management, diet and sometimes medication it gets much more manageable. Worth a proper consult to make a plan.
