Since last week my breasts feel so sore and heavy, even touching them hurts. My period is late by few days and im wondering if this could be an early pregnancy sign. Did anyone feel this?
Very common, they get sore and fuller as hormones change and prepare for milk. Both times mine hurt a lot in the first trimester then settled. A good supportive bra helps a ton, get one without underwire.
Yes, honestly the breast tenderness was one of my very first signs. I felt them so sore and heavy even before I tested. It startled me but my doctor said it is totally normal from the hormones.
