Im around 5 weeks and getting this mild dull ache in my lower tummy on and off. Its not severe but it makes me nervous since its my first. Is this just a normal pregnancy thing or should i be concerned?
I had severe one sided pain early on and it turned out needing urgent attention, so please dont ignore strong pain. Mild gassy aches are usually fine. But if it is intense or with bleeding, see a doctor immediately.
I keep getting little tugging pains on the sides and it makes me nervous. My doctor said it is round ligament pain and normal. Did others feel these stretchy aches too?
Mild stomach pulling and aches are normal as the uterus stretches and from gas or constipation. I had it on and off both times. But sharp pain, cramping with bleeding or one sided pain is not normal, call your doctor for that.
