Does pregnancy symptoms start before missed period?
My period is still 4 days away but since yesterday im feeling so bloated and my breasts feel sore. We are trying this month so my mind is going everywhere haha. Can symptoms really come this early or am i just overthinking?
I convinced myself i had every symptom before my period and got my hopes up and down constantly. Looking back, the early signs are unreliable for everyone. Just wait and test, saves a lot of mental drama trust me.
Some women feel signs early like tender breasts, tiredness, frequent peeing. But these can also be PMS, so dont read too much into them. The only real confirmation is a test after missed period.
