Me and my husband arent planning a baby right now and just trying to understand how reliable this method really is. Dont want to take chances honestly. Would appreciate honest answers.
It reduces a little but it is NOT a reliable method at all. There can be fluid released before, and timing is tricky, plenty of pregnancies happen this way. If you want proper protection, use an actual method and talk to a doctor.
Honestly it lowers the chance a bit but failure rate is high, so dont rely on it as your only method. If you're planning to avoid pregnancy, better to discuss safe options with a gynac, much more peace of mind.
I wouldnt count on it. It's known to be unreliable and many people end up surprised. If avoiding pregnancy is the goal, please use a proper method and get guidance from a doctor, dont leave it to chance.
See, it slightly reduces but it is honestly a weak method, dont depend on it. If you dont want to conceive, use something proper. Better safe than a surprise later, simple.
