I have a desk job and end up sitting 8-9 hrs straight most days. Now that im pregnant (12 weeks) i keep wondering if this is bad for baby. Anyone with a sitting job, how did u manage? a bit worried honestly.
Dont worry too much. Just dont sit in one spot for hours together. Get up, stretch, walk around the house or office. Keep moving gently and it's all okay.

Sitting itself isn't dangerous, but very long hours without moving isn't great, blood circulation suffers. Just dont sit like a statue for hours. Stretch, walk a bit, drink water. Easy to manage.
