I used to do skipping as my workout before and now that im pregnant im not sure if i should continue. Dont want to take any risk in these early weeks. Anyone know if its safe na?
I would honestly not risk skipping, the jerks made me anxious just thinking. Walking and gentle stretches felt much safer. Ask ur gynac and go by what she says na.
Please be careful with skipping, especially if theres any risk in ur pregnancy. The jumping puts strain. Honestly check with ur doctor first, they know ur exact situation.
Skipping is too bouncy for pregnancy in my opinion. I stuck to walking. If u were super fit before some say light activity is ok but only ur doctor should green light something like skipping.
I was into skipping before but stopped once i got pregnant, its high impact and jerky. I switched to walking and prenatal yoga after doc okayed it. Better to ask ur gynac before any jumping exercise.
