I've been sneezing quite a bit due to allergies, and I'm very early in my pregnancy. I'm worried if all this sneezing could somehow harm the developing baby. Is it something I should be concerned about?
Lol, honestly, if sneezing could affect the baby, half of us wouldn't have kids. I sneezed my way through my first trimester and now my 3-month-old keeps me awake all night anyway. Sneeze as much as you want, u are totally fine!
Not at all, sneezing is totally harmless in early pregnancy. I used to sneeze like crazy during my office hours in my first trimester and my gynac said it's just due to hormones. Just hold your tummy a bit if it hurts, and carry on with your day!
Omg, same here, I panicked so much during my 1st trimester when I sneezed because I felt a sharp stretch in my lower belly! But actually it is just round ligament pain, which is very normal. The baby is super safe and cushioned inside.
Haha I remember being so worried about these little things, now my baby is a running toddler! Sneezing does absolutely nothing to the pregnancy, trust me. Enjoy this phase, these worries will look so small later.
Usually sneezing is harmless, but if you have a severe cold or if sneezing causes heavy pain or any spotting, please talk to your gynac. Safety first always, so do mention it in your next visit just to be sure.
Ayyoo, don't worry, sneezing won't affect your baby at all. My mother-in-law used to get a bit worried whenever I sneezed and asked me to sit down, but my doctor clearly told me the baby is very safe inside the fluid. Just drink some warm pepper water if you have a cold.
