i have a bad cold these days and im sneezing so much, sometimes feel a slight pull in my lower tummy when i do. im 14 weeks. it scares me a little. is this something to worry about or normal?
Sneezing is completely fine, baby is well protected by fluid and ur muscles. The only thing u might feel later in pregnancy is a sharp pull on the sides when u sneeze, thats just ligaments stretching, normal. Bend ur knees a little if it pinches.
Hahaha no yaar the baby is not going to pop out coz u sneezed, dont worry. They are super cushioned in there. I sneezed like a hundred times with my cold during pregnancy and my baby was totally chilling. Bless u and relax.
Sneezing itself wont harm the baby at all. Just one thing, if u r sneezing a lot from a bad cold or fever, mention it to ur gynac so they can suggest something safe, dont take random cold meds on ur own.
Honestly I felt the same fear my first time, every sneeze I'd hold my tummy. But it really doesnt affect the baby. Sometimes I felt a little pull near my belly with a big sneeze, that round ligament thing, but its harmless.
