Im in my second trimester and been sneezing a lot because of dust at home. Every time i sneeze hard i feel this pull in my tummy and it scares me. Is it actually harmful for baby or am i just overthinking?
Haha no the baby is way too cozy in there to care about ur sneeze. It's floating in fluid, fully cushioned. Sneeze away, just maybe keep tissues handy for ur own nose.
I worried about this too, sometimes I get that pulling feeling near my belly when I sneeze. Apparently that's just round ligament thing and normal. Anyone else felt that little tug?
I used to literally hold my belly every time I sneezed thinking I'm protecting the baby lol. But it does nothing harmful, the doctor laughed when I asked. Baby is super safe in there.
Not at all, sneezing is completely harmless to the baby. The womb protects it really well. If u sneeze a lot maybe check for cold or allergy, but baby is totally safe.
