Does stress during pregnancy affect the baby after birth?
There has been a lot of tension at home lately and i cant always stay calm yaar. Now im worried that all this stress is somehow reaching my baccha. does it really affect them even after birth? feeling a bit guilty.
Mujhe C-section hua tha and recovery ke time I did feel a lot of ups and downs emotionally. I think it's important to try and stay calm for yourself and the baby. Stress definitely isn't good for either of you, so try to find ways to relax, even small ones. Take care of yourself, it makes a difference.
Of course, a happy mama means a happy baby! 🥰 Stress isn't ideal for anyone, especially when you're growing a little human. Try to do things that make you feel good – listen to music, read a nice book, or just chill! Your baby will feel your good vibes. ✨
Oh my god, I am in my second trimester and I worry about this so much! I try to stay calm but sometimes work or family things stress me out. Does anyone else feel super guilty after a stressful day? I keep telling myself to relax for the baby, but it's hard. I hope it doesn't cause any long-term issues.
Haan beta, thoda toh farak padta hi hai. Meri saasu maa bhi bolti thi ki shaanti rakhni chahiye pregnancy mein. Apne mann ko shant rakho, acchi kitaabein padho. Bachche pe accha asar padta hai jab maa khush rehti hai. Chinta mat karo, sab accha hoga.
This is exactly what I'm thinking about as I plan my pregnancy! I've heard stress can impact development, so I'm trying to figure out ways to create a calm environment for myself beforehand. It's a big concern for me, knowing how demanding life can get. I hope we all manage to stay zen!
Dekho, stress toh kisiko bhi accha nahi hota, pregnancy mein toh bilkul nahi. It can affect your blood pressure and overall health, which might lead to more doc visits or tests, and those things add up, you know? Try to manage your stress by planning things well in advance, even small things like hospital bags or baby essentials. It helps a lot.
