Does sweeping the floor affect if trying to conceive?
We are ttc since few months and my MIL keeps telling me to stop jhadu pocha as it can affect conceiving. I honestly find it a bit odd but now im second guessing. Is there any truth in this or just an old saying?
No yaar, normal sweeping doesnt stop u from conceiving. That's just everyday housework. Dont stress yourself with these myths, focus on tracking ur cycle instead.
Relax, sweeping the floor has nothing to do with it. Women do all housework and still conceive perfectly fine. Dont let these sayings get into ur head, it just adds pressure.
Beta this is one of those old talks people pass around. Light housework is fine. Just dont strain or lift very heavy things, and keep ur mind relaxed. Tension se hi zyada farak padta hai.
