Ok this might sound silly but my husband keeps teasing that my nose looks wider these days and even i feel my face has changed in the mirror. Im 28 weeks. Is this an actual pregnancy thing or am i just imagining it lol?
Yes, the nose and face can swell a bit because of increased blood volume and fluid. Happened in both my pregnancies. It settles down after the baby comes, nothing to stress about.
I felt so self conscious about my face looking puffier, including my nose. But everyone said it's normal pregnancy swelling and they were right. It really did go back after a few weeks postpartum.
Haha yes mine did puff up and I kept staring at old photos in shock. It's the extra blood flow and swelling, totally a real thing. It went back to normal after delivery, dont worry yaar.
