Does tithi and naxtra play important role in conceiving?
My family is very into all this and they keep telling me to plan according to tithi and nakshatra. I dont know if it really makes a difference or its just belief. Anyone followed this and it worked?
See, these cultural beliefs are deep-rooted for many. While I respect them, I'd say focus on what's scientifically proven for fertility, especially if there are any underlying conditions. For me, with PCOS, my doctor's advice and regular monitoring were paramount. It's about a holistic approach, where mental peace is also important, but don't let it overshadow medical guidance.
Haan, dekho, hamare ghar mein toh buzurgo ki baat maante hain na. MIL toh bohot dhyaan rakhti hain tithi aur nakshatra ka. But end mein toh Bhagwan ki marzi hoti hai. Apni taraf se koshish karo aur positive raho, baaki sab upar waale pe chhod do.
Achha, ye tithi nakshatra ki baat toh hamare gaon mein bohot chalti hai, haan. Log bohot maante hain ki inka asar hota hai. Par sach kahu toh, jab rab ki marzi hoti hai tabhi hota hai sab. Tum bas khush raho aur achha khaana khao, achha socho, sab thik ho jaayega.
Humare yahan bhi log bohot maante hain ye sab, haan. But practically, if you ask me, zyada tension nahi leni chahiye. Bas healthy raho, apni periods track karo, aur stress mat lo. Jo hona hai, ho jaayega. Ye sab secondary hai, pehle health dekho.
Honestly, I felt very overwhelmed with all these suggestions, like tithi and nakshatra. My focus was more on tracking my cycles and staying healthy. Maybe these things help with peace of mind for some, but I truly believe it happens when it's meant to be. Just trust your journey.
