Does travel insurance cover pregnancy complications?
We have a trip planned and im 4 months along, so booking travel insurance. Just want to be sure it covers if something pregnancy related happens. Did anyone check this before travelling?
Most standard travel insurance policies actually do not cover routine pregnancy or complications unless you buy a specific maternity add-on. Looking back at my travel days, it is always safer to read the fine print very carefully before booking.
