scan showed im carrying twins and ive had a little spotting twice now. honestly im scared. i will be calling my gynac for sure but wanted to know if bleeding is more common with twins or if i should panic.
My doctor told me multiple pregnancies are watched more closely and minor bleeds can occur, but each one still needs reporting. She said never to assume it's normal on your own. So inform your gynac whenever it happens.
Please dont treat any bleeding lightly in a twin pregnancy, mine needed monitoring. Light spotting may be okay but only your doctor can judge. Call them right away if you see bleeding, especially heavy.
With my twins I did have a bit more spotting early and the doctor watched me closely, two babies means more of everything including drama. Some bleeding can happen but I never ignored it. Any bleed, I called my gynac, simple rule.
