Since last few days my urine smells thoda stronger than usual, im in my first trimester. No burning or pain or anything, just the smell. Is this a normal pregnancy thing ya should i be worried? Anyone else noticed this?
Yes, it can change, dear. When I was staying at my parents' house, my mom noticed I was drinking very little water and told me that's why the smell was strong. She made me drink fresh coconut water daily which really helped. Keep yourself hydrated!
Oh absolutely! With twins, my sense of smell became like a search dog, and even my own urine smelled so strong. Just make sure you are drinking enough water, otherwise it gets worse. If there is any burning or itching, tell your gynac immediately.
