Noticed my urine has a stronger smell since few weeks, im in first trimester. Drinking enough water also. Is this just a pregnancy thing or something i should get checked?
My tracker app actually listed stronger urine smell as a normal early thing. Just stay well hydrated, it helps. But if u feel any burning, get it checked to rule out infection.
I noticed a stronger smell early on and felt a bit embarrassed honestly. Turned out the hormones and my heightened sense of smell were the reason. It is more common than u think.
A mild change can happen, but if it smells really foul with burning while peeing, it could be a uti. Pls get a urine test done with ur gynac. Utis are common in pregnancy and need treatment.
